ESTABLISH A RELATIONSHIP
We formalize our partnership with you by preparing the Listing Agreement for your signature that names Irwin & Hendrick, Ltd. as your Broker.

We partner with a national advertising agency to provide professional, high-quality brochures, emails, advertisements and signs that effectively communicate the attractive aspects of your property.

GETTING THE MESSAGE OUT
We get the information about your property into the right hands through professional organization meetings, mass mailings, broadcast emails, and trade publications.

We’ll meet prospects on-site at any time with short or no notice, so you never miss an opportunity to show off what you’ve got.

KEY PAPERWORK
We help prepare your letters of intent, sales and lease contracts. We coordinate with title companies, lenders & appraisers and other necessary experts, following the paper trail until the deal is done, the check is delivered, and a new relationship has been built.
